Meet Zoe, who after a solid corporate career, began to question whether the traditional 9-to-5 path could truly offer long-term freedom, health, and fulfilment. That reflection eventually led her to discover a new model of entrepreneurship, one rooted in integrity, science-backed wellness, and purpose.
Today, she is an Excellence Lifestyle Coach under the eLead Safe Supermarket system, guiding others toward sustainable health, wealth, and happiness. From helping clients make informed choices to empowering families with clarity, her mission goes beyond sales. It’s about rewriting lives, one smart decision at a time.
You built a successful corporate career before transitioning into entrepreneurship. What was the moment you realised that climbing the corporate ladder no longer aligned with your deeper purpose?
Let me give you some background. Like many, I was taught to study hard, get a good job, and earn a stable income. Many often said starting a business was risky and not for people like us. Still, I felt that being an employee had its own risks, such as limited control, slow advancement, and unpredictable changes in management or company direction.
After graduation, I entered corporate life. It was a good job, and I’m grateful. But deep down, I believed only a business could offer true career security and freedom. Traditional entrepreneurship seemed too risky. I kept wondering: is there another way?
That question stayed with me until I discovered the eLead Safe Supermarket system. It showed me a different kind of business. It is sustainable, aligned with my values, and focused on health and wellness. Most importantly, it allowed me to grow at my own pace without overwhelming risks. That’s when my journey truly began.
Health has played a central role in your journey. How do your personal views on wellness and holistic nutrition influence your decision to become an Excellence Lifestyle Coach?
Health is important to all of us. Many people suffer from poor immunity or lifestyle diseases not because they don’t care, but because they’re misinformed.
As I studied nutritional immunology, I realised that most health issues stem from a lack of correct knowledge, not willpower. This drove me to become an Excellence Lifestyle Coach. I am not here to sell health products, but to guide people through the confusion and help them make safe, informed choices.
At eLead Safe Supermarket, we keep up with the latest research. We focus on consistent, clean nutrition that really supports the body.
Being a coach is a true commitment. I help families cut through the noise and make scientifically backed decisions. Empowering others with the right knowledge is what keeps me going every day.

To me, success isn’t about a title or a paycheque. It’s about having control over my life. It’s the freedom to take care of my health, reach my financial goals, and experience peace and joy daily.
What impressed you most about eLead’s approach to food science—such as farm-to-technology processes and thousands of quality tests—and how did this build your trust in the brand?
What impressed me most is the company’s integrity. They ensure every product is wholesome, clean, safe, and convenient, using technology not to alter nature, but to preserve it. Their technology, like freeze-drying and spray mist drying, locks in nutrients without chemicals.
Take GojiGarden Rose for example. It takes 12kg of fresh produce to make just 1kg of freeze-dried product. That shows how precious real ingredients are. I also teach clients to check labels to make sure there are no extracts or synthetics, just pure fruits and plants.
With transparent ingredient lists, over 2,000 safety tests, and real science, I gained full confidence in the products, the knowledge, and the business.
You help others achieve health, wealth, and happiness. Can you share a story of someone whose life was significantly transformed under your guidance?
I remember one client whose brother was on warfarin. She was confused about whether he could eat vegetables. I helped her understand the doctor’s perspective: the goal is to maintain stable dosages, but doctors can adjust medication based on consistent healthy habits and not the other way around.
That’s when she realised the transformation wasn’t just physical, but mental. People start making wiser decisions, gain confidence, and take better care of their families. That’s the kind of impact that truly lasts.
What advice would you give to someone who feels ‘stuck’ in their career and is searching for more purpose but doesn’t know where to begin?
If you feel stuck, don’t keep it inside. Come have a chat. Sometimes we think we don’t have the answer, but we actually do. We just need the right space and questions to see it clearly.
As an Excellence Lifestyle Coach, I help people gain clarity in health, wealth, and happiness. Start by asking yourself powerful questions: Is my job just a paycheque, or does it bring me meaning? Does my work support my physical, mental, and emotional well-being? Am I growing or just repeating the same rountine?
And most importantly, do I have control over my time, or is life running on autopilot? When quality questions come, courage follows naturally. And if you need someone to walk that journey with you, I’m here to help.
How do you define success?
To me, success isn’t about a title or a paycheque. It’s about having control over my life. It’s the freedom to take care of my health, reach my financial goals, and experience peace and joy daily. Even more meaningful is the platform I now have to share this with others.
We focus not on qualifications, but on the desire to rewrite your life story. When the people around me gain that same confidence and freedom, that’s real success.
What’s your vision for Singapore in the next five years?
Have you heard of Blue Zone 3.0? It’s about creating societies where the gap between lifespan and healthspan gets smaller. Singapore is moving in that direction, towards a future where quality of life, even in our later years, becomes the priority. It’s possible to live long without chronic sickness.
Recent news about rising insurance costs also highlights why we must take ownership of our health proactively. That starts with correct health knowledge and consistent, clean nutrition.
In five years, I see Singapore becoming an even healthier, more educated, and more vibrant nation. And I’m proud to play a part in that journey.
If you could have a superpower for one day, what would it be and why?
If I could have one superpower for a day, I would bring everyone back to basic common sense. I would help people see the root causes of their problems instead of chasing quick fixes.
Most health issues stem from daily habits such as how we eat, move, sleep, and manage stress. But human nature pushes us toward shortcuts. When we’re tired, we grab more coffee. When we’re stressed, we seek distractions. When we want to be healthy, we fall for extreme diets and miracle pills.
But these don’t solve anything. They keep people trapped in a cycle. If we could just slow down, return to what our bodies are naturally telling us, and nourish them wisely, everything would become clearer and more achievable.
