Meet Stephanie, who after 13 years in digital marketing with top companies in Singapore, was tired of seeing quality leads disappear after handover to sales. The disconnect between marketing and follow-up inspired her to build a solution that automates lead conversion across platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and email—without needing code or a tech team.
Her all-in-one automation platform helps solopreneurs and small businesses manage conversations, bookings, and reviews effortlessly. By combining real-time replies, smart follow-ups, and integration with existing tools, Stephanie is empowering business owners to convert more leads, save time, and grow faster—without the usual tech headaches.
What inspired you to create software that automates lead conversion across platforms like Instagram, email and WhatsApp?
It actually started out of frustration. I spent the last 13 years in marketing, leading teams at companies like PropertyGuru and Lalamove. One problem that kept coming up was that marketing is always expected to drive ROI and deliver leads—but we really have no control over what happens after handing the leads over to sales.
Everything goes into a ‘black box’. Conversations usually happen offline via the salesperson’s personal WhatsApp or email, so there’s no visibility, no automation, and no proper follow-up.
At the same time, most of the tools out there are built for teams with product managers and engineers. You typically need developer access, API approval, or technical expertise to launch even a simple campaign.
That’s not realistic for many small businesses in Singapore. That’s why I decided to build something that gives business owners and solopreneurs control of the entire customer journey—from the first message on Instagram or WhatsApp to booking reminders and post-sale follow-ups.
How does your solution simplify the process of lead generation and client follow-ups for small businesses or solopreneurs?
Our system manages the entire customer journey—from lead capture to conversion—without the business owner needing to be hands-on. It connects with the tools they already use, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and email, so they no longer need to juggle multiple inboxes.
It qualifies leads, sends smart replies, schedules appointments, and follows up—all without needing any code or complex integrations. One of the most practical features is that we only activate what’s needed. If you’re not ready to use AI or voice automation, you won’t have to pay for it. And when you are, the platform scales with you.

It’s simple enough for non-tech users and allows for natural conversations, bookings, and reminders—all while integrating with your existing WhatsApp account, so you don’t lose existing customer relationships.
What makes your platform stand out compared to traditional CRM or chatbot solutions in the market?
Many CRMs are great at collecting data but don’t do much to help you close leads. And most chatbots on the market are too robotic—they break the moment someone types something unexpected. My platform was built for real conversations.
It’s more human, more flexible, and works across different platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram using a single set of rules and logic. It’s simple enough for non-tech users and allows for natural conversations, bookings, and reminders—all while integrating with your existing WhatsApp account, so you don’t lose existing customer relationships.
A lot of providers don’t tell you that using Meta’s WhatsApp API means every message costs money. If you’re not fully using the AI features, you’re paying unnecessarily. With our system, there’s no need for Meta approval to run campaigns, and no hidden messaging costs.
Can you explain how your automation works—from capturing a lead to scheduling a call or collecting a review?
Let’s say someone clicks on your ad on Instagram or Google. They might fill in a form or message your WhatsApp. Research shows that if you don’t respond within 5 to 10 minutes, the chance of conversion drops significantly.
Most business owners are busy and can’t respond that quickly—many miss leads altogether. Our system sends an instant, warm, human-like reply—something like, “Hi there! Are you looking for help with…?” Based on the customer’s reply, the system shares information or books a call directly into your calendar.
After that, the system sends appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and even review requests. You can programme the system to follow up 7–8 times, which is ideal. Manually, most owners stop after 2–3 follow-ups, but many leads just need a little nudge. My platform makes sure no opportunity is lost.
What do you think makes a good entrepreneur?
A good entrepreneur doesn’t just chase growth—they build systems that grow with them. It’s not about working more hours, but about solving the right problems with clarity. The best entrepreneurs I’ve met are humble, curious, and not afraid to test, fail, and improve.
They don’t let ego get in the way of feedback. Most importantly, they listen—not just to customers, but to the people they lead. That’s where real growth happens.
What’s next for your company, such as any upcoming features or integrations users can look forward to?
We’re rolling out a voice-powered AI assistant—imagine real conversations, with automation handling the calls. The voice AI will be able to answer questions, qualify leads, and book appointments—all without the customer needing to type.
I’ve also started teaching marketers and business owners how to build their own automation stacks—especially those who aren’t technical. My goal is to help solopreneurs and small businesses stop losing leads and start automating like the big players, even with lean teams.
What’s your vision for Singapore in the next five years?
I believe Singapore is well positioned to become Asia’s leader in automation and AI, especially in the service sector. We already have strong tech infrastructure, and the government is pushing AI initiatives forward.
But what we need now is more support for non-technical founders—particularly women, creatives, and solopreneurs—who feel overwhelmed by AI.
I want to help build that bridge so automation becomes second nature, and businesses are built to serve their owners, not the other way around.
If you could have a superpower for one day, what would it be and why?
This might sound cliché, but I’d choose the power to show people their future selves. Not the full future—just a glimpse of what they could become.
The biggest block I see in people—especially in our Asian culture—isn’t talent, it’s clarity. If people could see who they might become on the other side of effort, they’d stop second-guessing themselves. They’d take more action and move forward with confidence. That kind of clarity could change lives.
