Can you share your journey from struggle to empowerment and how it led to the creation of MiracleLife?
For more than 5 years since I was about 15 years old, I was in a depressed state. During that period, I felt that every area of my life was a painful story. Because of my chubby appearance, I had guys who would call me names like “Doraemon” or “carrot legs”—nicknames that were variations of “fatty.”
Trying to prove myself and seek love from the outside only led to suffering. I was in and out of relationships, desperately seeking love from men. I was deeply insecure, suffering when I was single because I felt I needed a man, and suffering when I was in a relationship because of my insecurities. A breakup would be excruciating. I could be in bed, overwhelmed with emotional pain that felt physically unbearable.
When I was around people, I felt awkward and guarded. I didn’t believe anyone would like me as I was. Hence, I became mostly a loner. It got to a point where I couldn’t see the meaning of life anymore. I was not motivated or disciplined to study. I went from being a top student to ranking among the last few in my class. As soon as my results dropped, my school principal labelled me as having an ‘IQ problem’.
Going through all these challenges, all I felt was pain and I didn’t know how to stop it. That’s when I started thinking about suicide a lot. I was trapped in that horrible space in which I didn’t really want to kill myself but at the same time I didn’t know how to continue living without pain. This went on for more than five years—until something happened.
By the time I got to my first year of university, a friend called me and asked if I wanted to attend a seminar. She arranged everything for me—hotel lodging, tickets. All I had to do was just show up.
When I first arrived at the stadium, I saw giant balls bouncing among thousands of participants—and something opened and resonated from deep within; I heard a voice in my heart that said, “I’m home.” It was more than just an event. It was a turning point in my life. The trainer on stage was Tony Robbins. I was 19 years old.
He spoke about modelling success—about learning from those who were already living the kind of life I dreamed of. That idea changed everything for me.
From that moment on, I became obsessed with learning from the masters—those who embodied what I aspired to experience: happiness, emotional fulfilment, soul awakening, abundance, prosperity, divine purpose-driven success, love, passion, intimate relationships and bliss.
I trained as a trainer and a coach. I became a healer. I went through deep soul searching. And through it all, one thing became crystal clear: my calling is to educate and heal people holistically so they grow to be happy and abundant.
And that’s why I created MiracleLife.
What are some of the most inspiring transformations you have witnessed in your work?
We define a “miracle” as seeing the good in anything or anyone—or when your dreams turn into reality.
I have created the Miracle Method, which contains the essence distilled from my own learning, transformation, and the experiences of helping thousands of other men and women. As our participants apply my proprietary 7-step Miracle Method to their lives, we witness miraculous transformations in different areas of their lives, such as:
Garry Lee shed his ego to become a purpose-driven leader—now Head of Training at a regional bank. Simon Kong scaled his stagnant firm to making more millions and healed a broken friendship—now Managing Director.
Dorothy Tan restored her estranged bond with her daughter and overcame a lifelong phobia of water. Wong Jun Jie once earned $2K–$3K/month and felt deeply unworthy. After healing, he now earns over $100K/month, with a growing team from 2 to 22—leading with heart and confidence.
Francis Loh overcame a 14-year hidden addiction, rekindled his marriage, and received multiple promotions with a 50% salary increase in six months. His wife, Shi Han, turned their cold marriage into intimacy—they welcomed a third child.
Foo Shi Min rose from marriage betrayal, left engineering, and now empowers others as a Tantra and Sound Healing coach. Vivian Chen broke free from toxic relationships, tripled her income, and now leads a top wealth team.
You have a unique ability to sense people’s root challenges even before they verbalise them. How did you develop this skill, and how do you use it to help others?
What I want to emphasise is that everyone can do this—you just need to learn how. I expanded my ability to sense others’ root challenges by first practising how to become present with myself. By “being present with myself,” I mean becoming aware of what I’m experiencing through my six senses, and also becoming aware of my actions.
Most people are not truly present with themselves. When they experience mental disturbances, emotional pain, or discomfort, they often try to push it away or suppress it. But suppressing negative thoughts and emotions only causes them to grow in the subconscious, creating bigger problems later.
Instead, I allow myself to fully experience and process them. The more you embrace your own mental and emotional truth, the more sensitive you become to the truth of others.

When you learn how to grow and align your inner self, and pair that with powerful skills and mastery, your external reality begins to shift—often in miraculous ways.
Your training is known for being dynamic and life-changing. What can someone expect when they attend a MiracleLife session for the first time?
First, you may feel uncomfortable. You might even wonder, “Am I in the right place?” That’s because what we teach isn’t taught in traditional education systems. It may feel unfamiliar at first.
While traditional education focuses on subjects like maths, science, and language, it often neglects the core components that determine our happiness and fulfilment—mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being; authentic heart-to-heart relationships; purpose-driven living; and the creation of abundance.
At MiracleLife, we teach these core components of happiness and fulfilment. We also don’t teach the way most educators do. We use leading-edge, experiential methods—designed to shift you at the cellular level and create lasting breakthroughs. These methods may seem unconventional, even controversial, but they are proven to accelerate deep, sustainable transformation.
Stepping into one of our training sessions can feel like entering a completely different world. The environment, the concepts, the processes—everything is designed to help you unlearn what no longer serves you and awaken new possibilities.
Some people may feel nervous. Others feel excited. But for most, as they continue with the training, something begins to shift. They start to “get it.” They feel seen, heard, inspired—and something inside awakens.
Mindset transformation often involves deep emotional work. What are some misconceptions people have about inner healing?
Many people don’t fully understand what “inner healing” means. Let’s begin with the word “inner.” For some, it’s an abstract concept.
But in this context, it refers to your mental and emotional space—and you, the soul. A common misconception is that inner healing conflicts with religion. Some people ask, “How can you say people can heal themselves? Isn’t healing only possible through God or a higher power?”
Others assume inner healing is only for people with serious mental or emotional disorders. They associate it with psychological treatments—as if you must be “broken” to need healing. There’s a lot of misunderstanding. And for many, the idea of inner healing simply feels unclear or unfamiliar.
But the truth is, inner healing is essential for everyone. It is not a one-time event—it’s an essential, ongoing part of living a conscious and fulfilling life. At its core, inner healing is the ability to process and digest disempowering emotions, and to transform limiting beliefs into power, freedom, insight, and the ability to create more desirable outcomes and miracles in life.
It doesn’t conflict with any religion. In fact, inner healing often deepens your spiritual connection—whether it’s with God, the Divine, or however you relate to your higher truth. Inner healing is about freeing yourself from suffering—so you can live with more joy, fulfilment, and meaning.
If you could share just one powerful mindset shift that has the potential to create miracles in people’s lives, what would it be?
Understanding that “99% of who we are is invisible and untouchable.” This quote, often attributed to visionary thinker Buckminster Fuller, speaks to a profound truth: the majority of who we are isn’t found in the physical—it exists in our thoughts, emotions, and soul—the invisible and untouchable. And that’s exactly what we focus on at MiracleLife: helping people expand and empower their 99%.
We are not just physical beings. We exist on four planes of existence: mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical.
When you learn how to grow and align your inner self, and pair that with powerful skills and mastery, your external reality begins to shift—often in miraculous ways.
Because when your inner world expands, every aspect of your life is uplifted—your finances, relationships, health, career, and spiritual alignment.
What do you think makes a good entrepreneur?
For me, a good entrepreneur, through his or her business, strives to live their mission, continues to inspire others, leads a team, and grows in abundance.
Character is the foundation of it all. A great leader and entrepreneur must be able to self-reflect and identify what’s blocking them—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. If you lack the ability to recognise what’s stopping you or pulling you back, it becomes difficult to develop the character of a successful entrepreneur.
Competence means growing both the inner and outer game. Alongside mindset and emotional maturity, I continually develop the business skills—marketing, strategy, leadership—that allow me to serve at a higher level and bring meaningful results to those I work with.
Compassion is at the heart of how we lead as teachers and as entrepreneurs. We believe people grow best through love. That’s why we’ve created a safe, encouraging space where individuals are seen, valued, and supported—not just professionally, but as whole human beings.
Creativity transforms challenges into breakthroughs. A great entrepreneur believes that “there is always a way,” and this mindset has allowed us to stay resourceful, think outside the box, and turn obstacles into inspired solutions.
Capacity is about abundance in all areas of life. Entrepreneurship has given me the chance to grow not only financially, but spiritually, emotionally, and relationally. It’s about living fully—doing what you love, experiencing deep joy, and helping others do the same.
Being a good entrepreneur isn’t reserved for those who are “naturally destined” for it. If you commit to your self-mastery work and clear the internal blocks that hold you back, you can shift your trajectory, reshape your destiny, and compress the time it takes to succeed. You’ll shorten the path to breakthroughs—in business and in life.
What’s your vision for Singapore in the next five years?
For Singapore, a country that rose from third-world to first-world status in just five decades—a miracle in itself—my vision is to support the next evolution of our national identity. Singaporeans are already intellectually strong, skilled, and resilient. Now, it’s time to complement that brilliance with holistic well-being.
In five years, I envision more Singaporeans living as Miracle Leaders—experiencing mental well-being, emotional fulfilment, heart-to-heart relationships, inner peace, and awakening. I see individuals who are not only wealthy and successful in their careers, but also joyful, healthy, and deeply connected with themselves and others, experiencing love, intimacy, passion, spiritual connection, and bliss.
Our vision is aligned with Singapore’s national direction on “sustainability, well-being, and future-readiness.” I hope to see Singapore emerge as a global leader in holistic success—a model country for the world where people thrive not only materially, but emotionally and spiritually. A nation that embodies what it means to live a Happy, Abundant, Healthy, Awakened (HAHA) Life, and then inspires others to do the same.
