Meet Bibi, once a competitive dancer representing Singapore, who now channels her passion for movement and mindset into a unique body recomposition programme tailored for busy professionals—especially women. With a deep belief in sustainability over quick fixes, she empowers clients to regain control of their health without overhauling their lifestyles.

In this candid interview, Bibi shares how her journey from dance to fitness coaching shaped her mission to help women look good, feel great, and live free from disease—mentally and physically. Bibi’s journey is a powerful testament to resilience, purpose, and authenticity. She envisions a future where individuals are not only healthier and happier, but also empowered to do good while living their best lives.

What inspired you to specialise in body recomposition for busy professionals?

I used to dance competitively, representing Singapore. I’ve always believed that dancing is a lifestyle. I believe that simple movement can help improve your overall lifestyle.

This journey began with one question that changed everything. Clinton once asked me, “Have you ever considered helping the women around you—to be like you—balancing career, looks, health, and family?” At the time, I hadn’t. But that moment made me stop and reflect deeply.

Coming from a background as a competitive dancer and later navigating the corporate world, I saw how often women put their health last while giving their all to work and family. I knew how that felt—and I knew I could help.

That’s when the vision took shape. With the support and partnership of GlobalTNF, I found a way to turn that vision into something real. Together, we created a space for women—especially busy professionals—to achieve body recomposition without having to completely overhaul their lives.

Clinton, thank you for asking the question that sparked all of this. And to GlobalTNF, thank you for being the platform that allowed me to bring purpose and passion into alignment.

Can you walk us through a typical consultation—how do you tailor fat loss and muscle gain strategies to fit into a very demanding work schedule?

We start first with a clarity deep dive scan. I conduct an one-to-one consultation to understand their resting metabolic rate, muscle-to-fat ratio, and identify reasons why their body is at a plateau stage.

Through this consultation, I can understand what the body actually needs and what the individual truly wants. From there, I design a personalised blueprint. This blueprint is tailored to fit their lifestyle—it’s not about them trying to fit into a preset programme.

There are no meal plans or crash diets. It’s about small, three-to-five-minute lifestyle changes each day. When followed consistently, this personalised blueprint enables muscle gain and fat loss results.

What are the biggest misconceptions about quick fixes in fitness, and why do they lead to burnout rather than sustainable results?

Quick fixes are really a myth. Many people think that if they want to look better, they need a quick fix—detox programmes, intermittent fasting, etc. I’m not saying those things don’t work, but they don’t lead to sustainable results.

Why? Because they can affect your metabolism, disrupt your hormones, and make your body more susceptible to lifestyle-related problems in the future. These methods are not something you can rely on long-term.

Sustainability is what we should focus on. If you keep trying quick fixes, your body ends up burned out. You’ve tried everything, nothing works, and eventually your body breaks down. That’s why I promote sustainable results over short-term fixes.

I always tell my clients: this journey begins in the mind. It’s not about waiting until you’re ready—it’s about deciding to start. Once you commit, your mind will start to follow through.

You mentioned that you are a dancer. How do you integrate your interest in dance into your programs to keep clients engaged and motivated?

Not all of my current clients are interested in dance, but I use the mindset of a dancer and integrate it into their journey. Dancing is all about movement. I take the focus, energy, and strategy behind dance and apply it to body recomposition.

When we integrate movement and mindset, it enhances results. We use a system-driven and science-backed approach. It’s system-driven because it’s repeatable—you can apply it to others too. It’s science-backed because it’s measurable—we track every step and every follow-up.

I teach my clients to apply the same intensity and joy from dance to their body, so the process becomes enjoyable. When your body enjoys the process, it becomes more effective and sustainable.

What role does mindset play in body recomposition, and how do you help clients overcome mental barriers to consistency?

Mindset is everything. I’ve had clients who started the programme and, within a month, said it wasn’t working. These are usually people who’ve failed at other programmes before, so they come in with a belief that it won’t work.

Compare that to someone else with the same past failures, but who still gives it their all—and sees amazing results. The difference is mindset. Your mindset dictates how you show up. Even with a great programme, and if your mindset isn’t aligned, it won’t work.

I always tell my clients: this journey begins in the mind. It’s not about waiting until you’re ready—it’s about deciding to start. Once you commit, your mind will start to follow through.

You’re open to high-value collaborations. What qualities do you look for in a partner, and how have past partnerships amplified your impact?

One of the biggest turning points in my journey was finding a community that truly aligned with my values—and that community was Rainmaker.

From the start, I’ve always believed in the power of collaboration. I look for partners who are willing, humble, and values-driven—because that’s the kind of foundation that leads to sustainable impact. Through Rainmaker, I’ve been fortunate to connect with exactly those kinds of people. The collaborations I’ve formed here have not only helped grow my clientele but also expanded my ability to serve and uplift more women on their wellness journeys.

Rainmaker isn’t just a network—it’s a space where purpose-led individuals come together to build real, meaningful momentum. And that kind of environment doesn’t happen by accident.

A heartfelt thank you to the founders of Rainmaker for creating this ecosystem. You’ve built more than a platform—you’ve built a launchpad for people like me to grow with intention, collaborate with integrity, and stay anchored in our mission.

You’re also a strong advocate for women’s empowerment in both health and personal branding. What do you hope to achieve through your work?

My mission is to help women discover the best version of themselves. I’ve never believed that women are only meant to live for others—as mothers, wives, or daughters.

Many women have spent their lives taking care of others. I believe it’s time for them to take care of themselves. As a woman and wife myself, I know how hard it is to balance work and family. When I was still in corporate, I felt like I had to choose between family and career.

Now that I’ve made the shift, I fully support women’s empowerment. I want women to live their best lives—healthy, beautiful, confident, and feeling good about themselves. I used to struggle with self-love too, even though I had a loving family and partner.

But the moment you bring yourself down, everything spirals. Women are more susceptible to hormonal imbalance, but all of that can be managed with a good body recomposition.

When your body is healthy, your mind is happy, your energy glows, and you feel empowered to do good while living your best life.

What’s your vision for Singapore in the next five years?

I believe wellness will become a major movement in Singapore. The government has been introducing various health initiatives. In five years, I think Singapore will focus heavily on disease freedom.

Yes, we love our food, so there may still be some increase in weight-related issues, but people will become more conscious about health.

To me, lifestyle freedom is more than just time and financial freedom—it’s about being free from disease, being wealthy, having more time for your family, and building a supportive community around you. That’s the vision I have for myself, and for Singapore as a whole.
