What inspired you to venture into real estate and later expand into lifestyle coaching as well as digital content creation?
I was introduced to the real estate market while I was still a university student. After completing my fashion studies, I worked for a fashion website company for three months before deciding to go full-time into real estate.
As I built my career in real estate, I also started team building. Coaching wasn’t something that came 100% naturally to me, but I have been developing my coaching skills over the years. 2022 was a particularly challenging year for me—I lost my dad, faced personal betrayals, and had to rebuild myself from those experiences.
During that period, I also had a personal and business coach, Gerra, who made me understand the true value of coaching. That’s when I worked with Gerra to develop Empower with Ena, my pathway into life coaching.
As for digital content creation, I have integrated it into both my personal lifestyle and real estate business. I produce digital video tours on social media platforms to attract a wider audience for my real estate clients. Now, as I expand into lifestyle coaching, I plan to use social media to build a community and reach a broader audience.
With over 12 years of experience in real estate, what are the most significant changes you have seen in the property market, and how have you adapted?
Probably the most obvious change is the rise of digital tools, especially with COVID-19 in 2019-2020. Buyer preferences have shifted—clients now expect almost instant access to online information and even virtual property tours.
Additionally, there has been a sustained increase in demand for luxury properties. Five years ago, new launch prices started at $2,000 per square foot. Now, the benchmark has risen to $3,000 per square foot, and this pricing has extended beyond core central areas like Orchard to locations in the outside central region, such as Toa Payoh.
To adapt, I have embraced technology, social media marketing, and digital tools for managing transactions and client services.
I have also focused on building deeper relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and positioning myself as a trusted advisor rather than just a salesperson.
How do you help your clients strategically grow their wealth through private residential and commercial property investments?
My approach is holistic and tailored to each client’s objectives and goals. I focus on being client-centric rather than product-centric. This means I prioritise understanding my clients’ needs and then matching them with the right properties rather than pushing specific properties onto them.
To achieve this, I analyse their financial situation, risk appetite, and objectives. For residential property clients, I guide them toward locations with high growth potential, strong rental demand, and upcoming infrastructure developments.
For commercial property clients, I help them identify assets with stable cash flow and appreciation potential. Additionally, I educate them on market trends, financial strategies, and tax implications to ensure they achieve sustainable wealth growth through property investments.

Humbly, I aspire to be a leading voice in personal development and real estate, both in Singapore and globally. I want to represent Singapore on an international stage through Empower with Ena.
Can you share more about the story behind Empower with Ena and what led you to lifestyle coaching?
Empower with Ena was born out of my personal journey of pain and transformation. In hindsight, I am thankful for the difficult experiences I faced in 2022 because they became the catalyst for my growth. They also pushed me to pivot and extend my business approach beyond real estate. I am grateful that, from a young age, I had access to books and and positive role models—both in church and in life.
These resources made me realise the power of digital content in reinforcing values, principles, and personal growth. However, I noticed that while similar content exists in the Western world, there is a lack of role models and content tailored specifically for Asian women.
That inspired me to create content in my own voice and style, catering to Asian women and their unique experiences. Through Empower with Ena, I aim to help people discover their identity, set meaningful goals, and take actionable steps toward their dreams.
As a digital content creator on TikTok and Instagram, how do you balance your online presence with your real estate and coaching business?
Interestingly, as I have been creating digital content for over 10 years, I actually find social media to be a break from my real estate career. When I’m busy with client work, creating content allows me to unwind, and vice versa.
In recent years, AI tools such as ChatGPT and DeepSeek have helped me streamline content creation for both real estate and personal branding. Additionally, I have a virtual assistant who helps with administrative tasks, allowing me to manage my time effectively and balance both my businesses.
In your opinion, what makes a good entrepreneur?
A good entrepreneur is someone who identifies problems in people’s personal and business lives and provides effective solutions. He or she must have the right mindset, systems, and consistency to deliver results.
Successful entrepreneurs also combine vision with action. They have a clear purpose and resilience to overcome challenges. Great entrepreneurs are problem solvers who continuously find solutions. Adaptability and a willingness to learn are also crucial.
Additionally, empathy is important in understanding clients’ needs and building genuine relationships—this is what sets great entrepreneurs apart.
Lastly, a good entrepreneur understands the importance of balance. Success isn’t just about financial gains but also about creating meaningful impact for others, whether on a global, national, or community level.
Where do you see yourself, and what’s your vision for Singapore in the next five years?
Humbly, I aspire to be a leading voice in personal development and real estate, both in Singapore and globally. I want to represent Singapore on an international stage through Empower with Ena, publish books, grow my digital business, and empower Asian women to live their best lives.
For Singapore, I envision a future where people embrace personal growth and financial literacy. I hope to contribute by creating accessible resources and fostering a supportive community that uplifts one another. Ultimately, I want to leave a legacy of empowerment, resilience, and purpose.
